some mako sharks on a 6 pack charter
we had a great group of guys out today on a bachelor party 6pack. the plan was to catch a shark. we left from mission bay aboard the NOMAD at 11:00 and headed out to the grounds.... the water cleaned up nicely and capt. Jack pulled the throttle back and ordered that the chumming begin. with the chum in the water and a fresh round of brews for the customers we turned up the tunes and shot the breez...
Only 1 Butt
Fished all over Long Beach ! Only found 1 Halibut. Butt did run into some other members who had the right kind. Homer and crew stopped by for a photo op.
Big Thresher
Boggs and I decided to give New Port area a look over on Sat. 5-12-12. We started out making a few mackerel just outside the harbor.
