Now almost 50 I'm coming to realize just how precious everyday is. I was brought up in a toxic home and both parents died way too young from diseases that could have been avoided. My goal is to lead the best life possible. I want to try and be more responsible for my own health, I want to take back control which is rightly mine, my body my soul, my mind. Blessings Brenda
